Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG) hosted a construction update event on March 19 to celebrate the continued progress of Meliá Residences Miami. Due to weather conditions, the event was relocated from the project site to The Salty Flame, located at 1414 Brickell Ave, where guests gathered for an intimate presentation and project update.
The development has officially reached the fourth floor of vertical construction, marking
a significant milestone for the future branded residential tower. Local authorities, special guests, and leading brokers were in attendance as the team shared an overview of the project’s advancement and outlined the next phases of development. Meliá Residences Miami represents the return of the iconic Spanish hospitality brand to the city, introducing its first hotel branded residential concept in North America. The project will feature 110 residences, wellness driven amenities, and interiors by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio.
The development is supported by a $30 million construction loan arranged by Concord
Summit Capital, reinforcing the project’s momentum and longterm vision. Members of the media joined to capture this important moment for one of Miami’s most anticipated urban luxury developments.
